Accounting & Finance
Location : Bangkok
Working Hours : Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30
Perform monthly/year-end closings and generate financial reports (TB, P&L, Balance Sheet)
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
Handle tax filings (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax)
Prepare payment documents and initiate bank transactions (SMBC)
Coordinate with auditors and ensure legal compliance
Issue invoices and tax documents via e-Tax
Provide financial advice and support ad-hoc reporting
Human Resources
Manage recruitment, interviews, and hiring
Oversee employee records, performance reviews, and terminations
Process payroll, benefits, and social security
Prepare HR reports and coordinate training programs
Maintain HR systems and support payroll tools
General Administration
Develop and maintain company policies
Provide admin support (calls, meetings, filing, scanning)
Arrange travel and accommodations for staff
Manage office supplies, facilities, and contracts
Coordinate with internal/external parties and drivers
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPD license
3–5 years of accounting experience
Proficient in preparing financial statements and tax filings
Strong English communication skills
Payroll and tax handling experience
Skilled in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Independent and detail-oriented
Preferred
Experience in combined HR and accounting roles
Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture
Knowledge of labor laws and contract management
ERP system experience (training provided)
Strong communication and organizational skills
