Job Responsibilities:
Attend trade fair to represent company's products and increase customer base.
Increase product offerings with existing customers and inform customers about deals and promotions.
Build and maintain strong client relationship.
Understand client needs and provide product recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Process customer orders and requests
Collaborate with stock and R&D teams for order fulfillment.
Follow-up on customer requests and provide support.
Update sales figures and filing system, as well as assist in improving procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Customer Service role for trading business, preferably in Jewelry or Fashion.
Good English skills (able to deal with oversea customers)
Service-minded, Precise, Reliable.
Proficient in MS Office.
