Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the company's safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Propose plans and projects to the Safety and Environment Committees, including various safety campaigns.
Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Implement the Emergency Response plan in accordance with Thai labor laws.
Investigate and analyze the causes of hazards, illnesses, and community complaints.
Perform internal audits for ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems.
Conduct risk assessments and environmental audits.
Ensure occupational health and safety operations comply with legal requirements.
Work collaboratively to solve problems and achieve goals.
Prepare monthly safety and environment reports for submission to KC.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written. And being proficient in Japanese is an advantage
Japanese language skills are a plus.
Over 5 years of experience in safety and environmental management in a factory setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and work with a talented team.
Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Familiarity with laws, rules, and regulations related to health, safety, and the environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and systematic thinking.
