Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the company's safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Propose plans and projects to the Safety and Environment Committees, including various safety campaigns.
- Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement the Emergency Response plan in accordance with Thai labor laws.
- Investigate and analyze the causes of hazards, illnesses, and community complaints.
- Perform internal audits for ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and environmental audits.
- Ensure occupational health and safety operations comply with legal requirements.
- Work collaboratively to solve problems and achieve goals.
- Prepare monthly safety and environment reports for submission to KC.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written. And being proficient in Japanese is an advantage
- Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Over 5 years of experience in safety and environmental management in a factory setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and work with a talented team.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Familiarity with laws, rules, and regulations related to health, safety, and the environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and systematic thinking.
