- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives, and provide HR support to achieve those objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management, offering guidance on HR-related matters and contributing to business strategy development.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Work closely with business units to identify skill gaps, develop talent pipelines, and implement succession planning initiatives.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and advising management accordingly.
- Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Provide guidance on salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess workforce trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics for management review.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees and leaders navigate transitions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree and relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an HRBP in the banking or investment industry.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
