POSITION: CUSTOM SPECIALIST (SENIOR AND JUNIOR LEVEL)

SALARY: 40,000 – 80,000 THB
The Customs Clearance Specialist is responsible for accurately conducting import and export customs declarations, ensuring all documentation is meticulously managed and compliant with regulations. This role involves close cooperation with internal teams and external authorities, contributing to overall operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive import and export customs declarations.
Manage customs declaration documents, including internal and external records, according to the Document Management System.
Review documents to ensure their timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
Register and hand over materials as required by customers.
Collect and register certificates, legal documents, and other customs-issued documents.
Provide necessary information and explanations during internal audits.
Participate in company and departmental training, team-building activities, safety education, and crisis/emergency drills.
Assist in department safety activities and enhance crisis and emergency control capabilities.
Assist other departments and undertake temporary work as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding, customs declaration, warehousing, and logistics.
- Possession of a shipping license.
- Familiarity with foreign trade processes and the entire customs/shipping workflow.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to manage work pressure.
- Proficient in English Communication.
