Job description:
- Wiring Harness Business Development in Thailand & ASEAN market specially for Motorbike segment of Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines etc.
- Finding new potential customers to request and arrange New RFQ.
- Analysis Opportunity & Strength & Competitor.
- Approach new customers as per company target and build the tunnels of opportunities from local or global channel for which the company can quote for new or existing customers.
- Attending exhibitions, business matching or any activity to promote company.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers to achieve long term success.
- Key interface between customer and all relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and receive response in timely manner.
- Communicate customer’s requirement & expectation throughout the organization and ensure the availability and sufficiency of resources and supports to meet the requirement & expectation.
- Planning yearly and monthly sales projection.
- Monitoring monthly sales to achieve as per plan.
- Conduct Sales forecast and Actual Sales Performance monthly to compare with Sales Budget.
- Leading preparation for customer visits both locally and overseas.
- Receive forecast and delivery plan from customer for prepare delivery plan with production.
- Review and analyze back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize production plan.
- Communicate with customers concerning Delivery plan & Quality issue or any topic.
- RFQ follow up.
- APQP meeting leader to consolidate and share information to all departments.
- Other assignment from management.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Wiring Harness Industry experience will be preferred.
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skill
- English speaking is must.
- Willing to work for long term with company.
