Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Identify potential new business opportunities within the healthcare sector and develop strategies to pursue them.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, needs, and potential markets.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
Client Engagement: Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and partners.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the organization’s products or services.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all business development activities.
Reporting: Provide reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and achievements.
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Proficiency in both Chinese and Thai languages is required.
