Position: Supervisor New model development (Chinese speaking)
Job Description:
- Maintain and enhance new model development to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Oversee and control new model or project operations according to company indicators.
- Lead equipment design decisions and contribute to sourcing based on quality, cost, ergonomics, and lean manufacturing principles.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in an industrial factory.
- Over 3 years of direct experience in basic electronics components and PCB assembly processes in the electronics industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.
- Fair communication skills in English (speaking and writing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
