Position : Project Management Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all related contracted services including architectural, engineering, construction, and relocation services.
- Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan to ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external such as product development, business development, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for the flawless execution of projects.

- Estimate construction budget and control construction cost according to approval budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Male, not over 35 years old.
- At least 2 year’s experience in Project Management.
- Preferable background in Textile , Clothing , Sport product goods
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details in provided information.
- Good Command in English, (Chinese is preferable.)
