POSITION: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – TOOLING
LOCATION: BANGKOK
SALARY: 80,000 – 100,000
Responsibility:
- Manage key account partnerships in modern trade channels and overseas markets (Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar).
- Manage and develop key account team members to accomplish partnership and organizational goals.
- Deep dive key accounts in order to develop a successful strategy for their business including: Product placement, promotional sell-in, sell out monitoring, inventory management, and uncovering new opportunities for Company’s product.
- Analize responsible markets and competitors to identify new business development opportunities to take market share.
- Close cooperation with marketing teams in case of product marketing/sales materials and e-commerce support for key distribution partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, and/ or Business Development
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship building skills.
- Ideally experience or knowledge in modern trade, Southeast Asia markets, and/or construction industry.
- Must be comfortable and open traveling to overseas markets
- Computer literacy e.g., Salesforce, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
