Company Profile: Our client is a Japanese EPC M&E Company. They are looking for experienced candidates to join as an Estimate Manager
Position: Estimate Assistant Manager
Location: Ekkamai, Bangkok
Working day: Mon – Fri 08.00-17.00 (2 Saturday)
Total Salary: 50,000 - 80,000 THB
Job Descriptions:
To lead the bidding and negotiation
To check PO for accuracy and completeness
To request quotation/proposal from the supplier (sub-contractor)
To check and review the tender document to carry on estimation activity & coordinate with other sections
To prepare quotation (Q’ty & Pricing)
To communicate & expand sub-contractors
Qualifications:
Any gender, age 45 - 50 above with Thai nationality
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering only
Experience at least 15 yrs. in QS, Procurement, Tender of the construction business
Project background: Condo, Department store, Factory, Hospital
Good Negotiation skill and business network (construction suppliers)
Good command of English
Good Computer skills (MS Office), Autocad 3D (Revit) is advantageous.
