Our client is Canadian Nationality Company, Bag Packaging Machinery is seeking for the position of Project Supervisor who have background in Technical Writer with Technical / Engineering background in machinery industry, please see more qualification as below:
Scope of work:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
- Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts
- Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
- Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
- Use photographs, drawings, diagrams and charts that increase users’ understanding
- Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
- Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
- Follows project schedules and deadlines
Requirements:
- Male, age of 27 – 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or Communication Technical / Engineering background is a strong plus
- 2-3 years of experience in Technical Writing in machinery / automation industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
