Our client a provider of integrated information technology and digital marketing solutions to the automotive retail industry is now seeking for an Technical Support who can provide and support solution for their customer.
- Provide technical support helpdesk, liaise, support analyst
- Monitoring, Maintaining computer system and network within organization.
- Working with customer, Help desk to identify root cause and solution for the logged case according to SLA agreed with customers/associate.
- Patching/ Deploying fixed delivered by R&D to customer’s test and live system to solve issue reported by customer/associate.
- Involve attending at client site for problem investigation.
- Working with Client’s IT, other supplier and system/hardware vendors during problem.
- Male, age between 25-35 years old. Thai National Only
- Bachelors’ Degree in business or Information Technology.
- Work experience at least 4 years in technical support or software development.
- Programming experience as VB, C++, JAVA.
- Can work on 2 Saturday per month
- Exposure to General IT knowledge and network setup/VPN technology.
- Familiarity with computer operation system such as LINUX/UNIX, MS window with hands on experience running and developing application.
- Knowledge in database application will be an added advance.
- Good communication skill, both written and verbal in English.
