Job Description

Our client is Switzerland Company, A Sales & Service Machinery for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials is seeking for Technical Service Team Leader who have background from front line customer service as below qualification. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operational control of all Customer Service Engineers
  • To ensure:
  • same day response to emergency calls
  • agreed timescales to routine calls
  • proactively plan engineers for service contracts
  • proactively plan Customer Care Visits
  • plan and delegate project start ups
  • setting/review engineers EPM
  • act as the prime customer contact, dealing with customers and BU Sales Managers
  • monthly expenses are completed by the 3rd  of the month
  • Processed producing a monthly/year to date Excel report of the activities
  • The SAP engineers hours data is processed by the end of the month
  • Allocate visits into the correct sales orders
  • Conduct customer follow up calls, 10% each month
  • Setting out daily/weekly/monthly work schedules
  • Ensuring where needed that payments is made prior to the commencement of billable work

 

Requirements:

  • Thai, age over 30 - 40 is prefer
  • Degree in Engineering(prefer Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • At least 5 years in a front line customer service role
  • Has engineering background
  • Experienced in after sales services operations and maintenance of food processing machinery sold to clients.
  • Experienced in manage Engineering Service Team more than 20+ people.
  • Able to providing help and advice to customers using your organization's products or services;
  • Develop and maintain customer in industrial products sector.
  • Develop the organization in line with the market requirement
  • Organized and methodical approach essential
  • Able to work under pressure and against deadlines
  • Able to know when to escalate customer issues
  • Able travel within the country

 

Location: Bangkok (40%)/Saraburi (60%)
