Responsibilities:

1. Lead, develop and implement the Talent Development strategies and plan to support business objectives

2. Developing effective talent programs that will optimize the employee life cycle (i.e. recruiting assessment, on-boarding, talent retention, talent management/development, turnover, etc.)

3. Run a dynamic talent process including participation in talent reviews as well as running regular calls on vacancies and talent moves, assessing potential and ensuring strong succession pipelines and capability development.

4. Execute, evaluate and maintain Autoliv competency frameworks that facilitate the assessment of employees versus these competencies. In addition, based on competency evaluation, provide for development plans.

5. Be part of the global & regional team that ensures that we have up-to-date and best-in-class processes, tools methodologies and practices developed to ensure business success.

6. Develop and drive our Learning & Development initiatives in the ASEAN Sub-region.

7. Direct the implementation of technology and software to support learning throughout the organization and track metrics for analysis

8. Encourage a culture of continuous learning, knowledge transfer, and growth

9. Deliver and develop the end to end talent acquisition plan, ensuring the business is able to identify, attract and acquire key talent with the capability to create competitive advantage

10. Ensure development and talent acquisition activities are measured for effectiveness in terms of ROI and/or return on expectation and associated metrics.
