Once a week/staff has to visit clients
IT support / only this staff / cooperate with Sales and Programmer staff **Follow up after implement system
- Visit the client's office to download the application, set up a service, and download security software
- Manage the engineer Thai staff (worker) to set up Hard and Soft IT system
Working follow :
1: Meeting with clients (Hard and Software)
choose the hardware spec, propose the best hardware
follow up with SE staff to implement hardware
2: Set up, maintenance
Hardware: Server, maintenance
Software: set up of system, operation, user support
**Mail and Call and visit to take care of clients
