- Provide and lead for incident management process and handle on the entire incident management process.
- Track incidents and escalate to others from service desk and prepare an incident report for management.
- Ensure efficient flow of incidents through service desk (Tier1/ Tier2).
- Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to extant service level agreements where other groups are needed to resolve a single service desk incident.
- Communicate and coordinate IT-related issues and activities between IT services and business end-users
