Our client provide high-quality plastics injection moulding as well as complete product assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Managing production teams to fulfill customer demand.
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Engineer or related field
- Age 30 years old up, Thai nationality
- At least 5 year experience in production environment
- Knowledge in plastics technology and/or product assembly
- Strong technical analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of 5S, Kanban, Kaizen and/or Lean-Manufacturing is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
