Spare Part And Service Helpdesk (Auxiliary Equipment)(TH__008462)
Report: Service Manager(Thai) and General Manager(Italian)
Role & Responsibilities:
· Work closely and cooperate with other service team members and admin team.
· Provide spare parts sales support to Sales & Service team in Thailand
· Etc.
Qualification:
Thai / 22 - 27 years old / Male or Female
BSc in Mechatronic Engineering (Fresh engineer / 1 year experience )
Or BSc Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 year experience in machine maintenance field.
Good communication and command in English. (TOEIC > 750)
Computer and technical literacy , MS office program base skills.
Engineering drawing understandable , especially Machine Mechanical & Electrical drawings.
High attention to detail of machine or part.
Any knowledge related to the installation, use and repair of equipment in general would be a good plus.
Service mindset , cooperate and follow up a case with customer.
Work planning skill and arranges the information.
Logical thinking for specifying and troubleshooting a problem , creativity.
Interpersonal skills , cooperate with other service team members and admin team.
Available to work during weekend, if required (not every weekend)
Compensation & benefits:
Basic salary up to THB 40,000 per month (depend on experience)
Social security insurance
Health Insurance OPD 4,000 THB/visit (30visits/year) , IPD, Dental 3,500 THB/year
Annual leave 12-18days
Phone allowance 1,000 THB per month
1 month fixed bonus (Paid by December)
