·        Responsible for managing the strategy and execution for all social media channels, media buy planning and negotiation and help to plan content strategy as well as the company’s relevant materials.

·         Establish a positive online presence to build brand awareness for our clients as well as providing them with statistics each month on tangible results with their growth

·         Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process

·         Analyze research data and media/marketing information, issues, reports, information, and next steps of implementation to clients to outstanding clients’ competitors in the market

·         Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance with assistance in strategic analysis of campaigns

·         Take the lead in the definition of project scopes, objectives, and able to lead a new strategic framework or provide a master class strategy to internal and external stakeholders in ensuring technical and business feasibility.

·         Partner closely with cross-functional leads to identify project opportunities gather requirements, conduct research and analysis to support, and draft campaign strategy outlines to proceed further with a sales pitch, creative ideas and executions, and convince ideas to clients.

·         Set communication plan, develop reports and executive presentations, and leads steering committee meetings regarding opportunities, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, risks, and issues.

Qualifications

·         3-7 years agency-side, brand-side or start-up experience.

·         Expert knowledge of social content best practices.

·         Possess experience overseeing full strategy planning and execution: media, content, community management, moderation, and analytics.

·         Possess experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and reconciling differences.

·         Hungry, never-say-die attitude.

·         Proven leader who is comfortable managing a small team.

·         Highly analytical with a strong understanding of performance metrics as related to social endeavours.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication, and display great presentation skills.
