Job Description:
- Set training road map, competency, KPI, needs, evaluation
- Manage annual budget and training project
- Coordinate with line manager to manage training plan to increase employee performances
- Improve new method to support development program
- Create career development program
- Support expatriates for documents and business trip
Qualification:
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Experience in Organization Development
- Good communication skill and service mind
- Good command of English
