Job Description
- Conduct research, collect and consolidate required information and data and perform in-depth analysis
- Identify issues and form suitable solutions working closely with key stakeholders, and present findings and recommendations to clients
- Prepare presentation materials or reports that are coherent, accurate and professional
- Assist to implement recommendations / solutions when necessary
- Establish effective working relationships with clients
- Lead / support a project work stream independently
Qualification
- Holder of a Degree in Business or Finance from a good university is preferred
- 1 - 2 years of experience for Associate position, and at least 3 - 5 years of experience for Senior Associate position
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Self-starter and is able to drive / complete deliverables independently
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple streams of work
- Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly, and work under time constraints
- Able to work effectively even in situations with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Willing to travel frequently
Working Hour: Mon – Fri (09.00 – 18.00)
