We are looking to fill this position in Bangkok, mainly for the professional beauty product market.
- Exciting new role to restart said brand’s business in Thailand to eventually lead the entire team to success.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representative
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results of the assigned markets through sales staff detailed reports and scorecards.
- Establish and implement KPI with respective sales staffs (sales target, penetration objectives and promotion execution).
- Work with department Managers and sales staffs to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company.
- To achieve the sales target and profitability set forth for the respective assigned channels/markets.
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
- Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets.
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention.
