The Sales Executive role with an International Company is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the Beverage industry.

Salary:  Competitive base salary plus Commission

Type of job: Permanent

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting clients and forming working relationships with buyers in the industry in the relative sales area
  • Ability to interpret customers business needs effectively and to apply strategies accordingly to increase Company revenue
  • Achieving sales targets in accordance with set targets and KPI’s
  • Working as a team member to promote products, brands
  • Attending product and sales training sessions and applying knowledge to improve sales techniques and results
  • Attending events, promotions, tastings where necessary
  • Serving as a Company representative at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
  • Work within sales targets and margins
  • Regularly report to management with important industry information
  • Develop sales strategies to keep a competitive advantage in the marketplace
  • Provide accurate feedback to management with respect to product success, competitor positions, problems and opportunities
  • Ensure timely collection of customer payments
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any Gender, Age not over 40 years old (Thai Nationality ONLY!)
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least 3 years experiences, beverage distribution industry , hospitality combined knowledge preferably
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships
  • Attitude and personality traits – positive, energetic, flexible, team player, good communication Skills, ability to multi-task, ability to plan, ability to think, strong negotiation skills;
  • Proactive service-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Vehicle – own car essential
