Job Responsibilities:
- Siebel CRM Application support analyst
- Provide system support troubleshooting, advice, consultancy services to users
- Deliver change/ fix per request to user through change management process
- Coordinate with related parties to solve issues
Primary Skill Set:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Siebel CRM covering pricing (quote/agreement), Sales (customer master), order, integration with SAP
- Oracle Database and SQL command 1-2 years of experience; able to do data query, etc.
- Good command in writing/ speaking English is a must. Nice to have skill set:
- Siebel developer skill is a plus
- Good skill in Siebel tools and eScript
