Job Responsibilities:

  • Siebel CRM Application support analyst 
  • Provide system support troubleshooting, advice, consultancy services to users
  • Deliver change/ fix per request to user through change management process
  • Coordinate with related parties to solve issues

Primary Skill Set:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Siebel CRM covering pricing (quote/agreement), Sales (customer master), order, integration with SAP
  • Oracle Database and SQL command 1-2 years of experience; able to do data query, etc.
  • Good command in writing/ speaking English is a must. Nice to have skill set:
  • Siebel developer skill is a plus
  • Good skill in Siebel tools and eScript
