Our client is international company in Automotive Business
Responsibilities:
- Build up a reliable and long term sales network for Thailand
- Base sales network on strong and positive relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Continuous evaluation of existing and potential new dealers & distributors in order to guide and to strengthen the sales network
- Take actions to achieve monthly sales targets of individual business plans. Detect business opportunities for dealers and distributors.
- Be in permanent information exchange with marketing department’s pricing function regarding optimization of price lists
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing /or Economy or any related
- Good English communication skill and able to interview and have presentation with foreigners
- > 3 years for Sales Staff level
- > 5 years for Manager level and had sales experience and manage sales team before
- Able to travel and stay over night in Sales Area
- preferable in automotive industry and open for other industry
- Strong sales experience & concept in similar distribution channel in any industry (sales distributors and dealers)
- Able to travel as assigned location and have car license
- Pro-active, Interpersonal skill, Goal-oriented, Independent and good team player
- Thai nationality only
Location: Head office in BKK, Sales Area: Central - Southern area (not required 3 provinces)
Allowance: Car Allowance + Petrol + Incentive depend on actual sales + other Benefits: IPD, OPD, PF3-5%
