Our customer is a Automotive manufacturer, we are now looking for potential candidate for;
Responsibilities:
- Planning and control about new resource and development by manage.
- Improve production process in order to response customer requirement by internal and external including production process improving and setting as well.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, age 35 year up.
- Master Degree as Science or Chemical Engineer (Especially Rubber or Polymer).
- Working experience in chemical rubber as concern product with manufacturing.
- Have management skill at least 5 years.
- Had high leadership competency as the big organization.
- Can be communication as the fluent English skill. (Japanese will be advantage)
- Can work under automotive standard system and other testing standard such as ISO/TS 16949 etc.
