Our client, a multinational manufacturer of wet milled rice flour is seeking for experienced candidate to join as R&D.
Job Responsibilities:
- Controlling and providing guidance to the Research & Development Team (food) (R&D).
- Developing a research and development system in accordance with customer requirements.
- Developing good products as per quality systems/standards at suitable costs.
- Updating and developing new technology.
- Providing training and knowledge about new technology to staff
- Managing, monitoring NPD project and follow up progress of its project
- Controlling budget, defining goals and maintaining quality of the product
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science and Product Development
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC
- Knowledge of Flour will be advantageous
- Knowledge of producing process of flour and the machine will be advantageous
- Knowledge of food and label law
- MS
- Be able to work on alternative Saturday
