Responsibilities:
- Manage company Quality Management System to be in line with corporate & customer requirement
- Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes
- Establish, evaluate, monitor all inspection objectives from incoming, ongoing to outgoing
- Responsible for complete inspection documentation requirements
- Complete first article (FAIR), in process, and final dimensional inspection and documentation
- corrective & preventative actions using advanced tools.
- Material Review Board including defective & scrap reports
- Manage all Class 1000 clean room operations and maintenance activities
- Cleaning, labeling, & packaging parts to class 1000 requirements
- Monitor & maintain particle count requirement & clean room environmental standards
- Verify & manage cleanroom supplies & equipment
- Supervise and coach a team of quality control inspectors to be proficient and competent
- Management of inspection room activities and assist other managers in other administrative functions
- Supervise and coach a team of quality inspectors
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Engineering with technical training and relevant experience in Quality Control Management
- 5 years’ experience in QA/QC related position. (CNC machining experience will be advantageous)
- 3 years’ experience in management level with experience in Quality Management Systems (TQM, LEAN & SIX SIGMA, CIPs, ISO:9000,9001)
- 3 years’ experience using and programming CMM (Zeiss Preferred) and vision system inspection tools
- 2 years’ experience with cleanroom practices and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication in English and Thai
- Proficient in MS Office, Quality Management Software
- Defined visual acuity and color
