About Employer: A Global Leader of Rice Trading company with South East Asian HQ office in Bangkok under the Umbrella of its Mother Company in Europe and one of the World Leading in Rice and Pasta Manufacturer
Responsibilities:-
- Plan and manage to purchase and to support all projects and factories in assigned regions
- Develop, implement and manage all related projects of New Production Line and Machinery
- Attend and coordinate with engineering team to plan on machine and spare parts purchasing
- Be responsible for sourcing and purchasing of machine, tools, spare parts, equipment
- Negotiate best cost, lead-time and term of payment for the same or equivalent specification of all items with in required period of time and budget
- Manage all document related matters i.e. PR, PO, Contract and Agreement with suppliers
- Follow up delivery and monitor guarantee term for damaged parts or machine be claimed within valid period
- Directly coordinate with M&E teams in each factory/plant for fulfilling their requests and requirement on purchasing matter
Requirements:-
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality
- Obtained Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- 5 years of experience in purchasing Machinery and Spare Parts
- Knowledge or experience in both Electrical and Mechanical machine parts
- Well organized and good negotiation skill
- Good command in both Thai and English
- Initiative, Reliable and Positive mindset
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary (THB 40,000 – 50,000)
- Group Insurance
- Yearly Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 09.00 – 18.00 hrs.
Office: Bangkok (BTS Area)
