Our client, UK Company specialize in glass. Now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Production Supervisor in Saraburi.
Work :Shift schedule is
- 08.00 - 16.00 : work 6 days with 1 day off
- 16.00 - 24.00 : work 6 days with 2 days off
- 24.00 - 08.00 : work 6 days with 3 days off
Responsibilities:
- Coach, supervise and lead production operator to achieve production goals.
- Develop and maintain good behaviors and skill of production operator.
- Establish good relationship among team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- Thai nationality only
- Any experience in management role or supervision experience in heavy industry will be an advantage
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to do shift work
- Energetic, displays leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently, good analytical skills and eager to change and improve
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced and changing working environment.
