Position: Product Manager - Digital Performance Marketing

Salary: 100-130K

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any related
  • Over 5-7 years working in a Performance Marketing function in any industry and efficient knowledge and skill in optimization, Google and Facebook Networks
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in product management or analyst roles
  • 2 years experience in tech, digital or e-commerce related fields, e.g. SEM / PPC, Social ads, display, programmatic, web analytics / DMP / CDP, marketing automation, or CRM
  • Experience in effectively managing cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Lean processes; experience in Agile software, e.g. Jira, A-ha, Monday.com
  • Experience in systems architecture design, as well as integration of modules and marketing stack solutions
  • Organized, structured; promotes tagging and naming conventions; strong Excel skills; able to utilize pivot tables for analysis, reporting and presentations
  • Deep knowledge, passion and curiosity for product development, digital trends, digital solutions, data and technology
  • Deep knowledge of web tracking, customer journey, automation, CRM, data enhancement, experimentation
  • Strong logic and the ability to apply it as a process to manage your work and drive real value and impact
  • Big vision capabilities alongside high attention to detail; be able to work independently and as a part of a team in complex and dynamic environments
  • Hands-on attitude, Commitment to a high level of execution, delivering outcomes (not outputs) according to clearly defined requirements and deadlines
  • Presentation skills, negotiation skills and excellent in English and Thai
Job Responsibilities:

Tactical: dive into individual campaign structure and optimization opportunities; measure and prioritize opportunities by growth opportunity vs. complexity; scope and implement experiment cycles; measure performance and determine what to do next; work with the teams to implement, achieve incremental to drive growth

Operational: connect our strategy and technical considerations back to the tactical work. Create a roadmap that connects the current state of our campaigns with growth opportunities; align our teams around the path to achieve our goals
Strategic: generate growth and impact through campaigns structure and automation to help the company in winning the market and achieving our goals
