Our client, the Multinational Automotive Company, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as Operation Supervisor (Shift).
Job Descriptions:
- Leading and organizing production to production, quality, quantity, warehouse and deadlines.
- Building teams by providing training, coaching workers to meet required skill level.
- Preparing work schedules and workflow by utilizing employees and their time.
- Effectively communicate production targets and KPI’s.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality only.
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Engineering or related Field.
- Proficient in English languages both in writing and oral.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in production, supply chain or warehouse management.
- Understanding in production and labor planning
- Able to work at night shift and every Saturday.
