Our client, Japanese Company, seeking for an experienced candidate to join as an Office Manager.
Qualification:
- Female, age between 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, General Management, Accounting, Finance or any related
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Management Level in Office Management, Accounting & Admin function
- Experience with Japanese Company will be advantage
- Good command in English
- Can start work immediately is preferable
Job Description:
- Manage overall back office, supervise all of back office staff
- HR, Admin, Training, employment contract document, IT system
- Accounting & Payroll monitoring
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel and oversea training if have
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
