Roughly Job Description:

• Mainly this person will handle credit insurance which is special kind of insurance product and required the candidate to speak, write and read English language fluently.
• Handle only some of corporate customers including answer to client’s inquiry, solve complicated daily problem, process renewal (keep existing accounts), provided insurance consultation, etc.
• Search to find prospects and get new customers.

Qualification:

• Male or Female. Age more than 30 years old is preferable.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economic, marketing, insurance, or any other fields. (insurance major is preferable but not required)
• Customer service skills and ability to handle complaints.
• English writing, speaking, and listening skills are required.
• Good characteristic, good relationship, skillful in negotiable, interesting in study many types of insurance products.
• Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel, Word, Power point.
• Very careful and can work in detail job. Be able to work for both Marketing and Admin. job.
• Insurance experience at least 3 – 5 years.
