Our client is Japanese manufacturer, sells and conducts research and development for Automotive part and now they are seeking candidate for join them as details below;
Responsibilities:
- To control the job of Engineering, maintenance production machine and the work shop management common control in factory and execute kaizen.
- To control the duty about ordering, inspection, maintenance and stock controlling.
- To set the plan, solve the problem and control the performance result of improvement activity
- To promote for improvement of Maintenance skill, set the training plan and execution.
- To set the plan of machine safety activity and promotion.
- To manage controlling the asset of maintenance department.
- To set the kaizen plan, PM plan, material, supplement part and cost reduction activity.
- To control budget and actual using of Maintenance Department.
- Follow result of maintenance procession and assessment with production supervisor or manager.
- Follow result of Predictive Maintenance.
- Joined company activities such as TS16949, 5S etc.
- Design Machine for Production Line.
- New model Control.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality, age 37 – 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical.
- More than 10 years’ experience in Engineering/Maintenance and at least 5 years’ experience in Manager or Asst. Manager level.
- Has experience in automotive field.
- Good command in English or Japanese.
- Knowledgeable in Machining and Assembly process.
