Responsibilities
- Follow up all shipment status on daily basis and handle for related documents
- Verifying custom to ensure everything correct and contact with agent for custom clearance
- Control all import shipment to be delivered as schedule
- Prepare job costing for each shipment
- Costs calculation & posting
- Enter all data into system
Requirements:
- Good command of English
- AT least 2 years experience in import - export function and know all process especially documentations and custom clearing
- Work well under pressure, problem solving skill
- Service-minded, good coordinator skill
