Job Description

  • To handling all logistics requirements and various aspects
  • To receiving and placing customer orders, stock receiving and invoicing
  • To coordinating and monitoring sales, orders and other financial information report procedures and reporting as required
  • To coordination with supplier, customers and forwarders regarding shipments
  • To analysis regarding sales history and trends to support with sales forecasting and follow up
  • To validate cost of goods sold as part of month-end close
  • To calculate and report monthly contribution margin by product
  • To analyze CM variance by volume and by performance/mix
  • To verify monthly billings to customers and follow-up unbilled sales to customers
  • To manage accounts receivables ageing; track billings; report projected weekly cash receipts; report status on overdue accounts
  • To prepare and monitor annual budgets for profit and loss, working capital and cash flow
  • Coordinate/follow up with forwarders / logistics provider and internal & external customer for all shipment modes to ensure timely of shipment/delivery
  • Estimate freight cost (Air freight, Sea freight and local transport) to project team
  • Coordinate/prepare concern document for any customs department process/activities
  • Keeping good relationship with contractors, Shipping line, Oversea agents, Customs broker and other related logistics company
  • Manage logistics plan of product related from Supplier to Customer based on cost effective, accurate and timely delivery
  • Utilize improvement tools to address logistics/transportation issue in order to improve delivery performance
  • Lead / Involve in all customs department concern, loading, shipping, transportation, import& export and CO/FTA privilege
  • Support ordering process for inter-company and supplier 


  • Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Business, administration or related field
  • Minimum 4 year’s experienced of the automotive industry and logistics
  • Experience with international business activities
  • Basic knowledge of cost accounting
  • Strong technical skills; inventory reconciliation; cost analysis
  • Familiar with manufacturing operations
  • Proficient in operating SAP
  • Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data
  • Capability to priorities and plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Able to travel on occasion and acceptance of foreign cultures, religions and living conditions
  • Expertise with PC’s, applications and analytical data processing
  • Language skills: fluent written and spoken English
