Our client is a leading media company offering the broadest range of Out-of-Home media.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective contract management, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts both in Thai and English
- Identify legal trends, new developments in the legal environment
- Analyze legal and compliance risks and provide assessment to the management as necessary
- Negotiating legal terms, conditions of contracts and any other legal documentation, and advising on new business ventures and transactional matters
- Provide legal support and advice key projects, litigation matters, disputes and arbitrations
- Ensure that external advice to the business is accurate, timely and communicated appropriately
- Coordinating with all internal departments, government authorities and external counsels in Thailand and overseas
Requirements:
- Male & Female, aged 28 - 32 years
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of commercial contract
- Certificate of Barrister at Law is an advantage
- Member of Thai Bar Association is a n advantage
- Identify business risks and give appropriate recommendations to senior firm personnel
- Able to demonstrate a practical and commercial approach to resolve business issues
- Excellent written and spoken English language
