Responsibilities
- Contact oversea clients (Japan, Singapore, Malaysia)
- Support Japanese manager as required
- Coordinate with clients
- Making Sales documents as Quotation, Invoice, etc.
- Control delivery schedule for supplier and clients
Requires :
- Male/ Female not over 35 years old, Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Good communication in Japanese and required JLPTN2 up
- English communication is preferred.
- Over 2 years of experience as Sales or Sales Coordinator.
- Able to coordinate and negotiate between client and JP production manager.
