Our client, a Japanese Freight & Logistics service company is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Human Resource Manager.

 

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality
  • Male or female, age 40-50 years
  • Master’s degree in HR management or related field
  • 10 years’ experience in Human Resource and 3 years as HR management level
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Logistic, Freight industry
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and computer literacy
  • Analytical in the problem solving
  • Good presentation skills and communication skills
  • Management skill
  • Experienced to work with Japanese company will be advantage

Job Descriptions:

Policy and Planning

  • Determine Human resources management policies and strategies for implementation

Recruitment

  • Implement and Control all Recruitment process
  • Ensure recruitment, selection process sourcing plan

Training and Development

  • Implement and supervise the proper training in order to develop employee's competency
  • Monitor and Control the training plan and training in line with the Skills Development Act.

Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Implement and Control compensation and benefits, annual performance evaluations
  • Provide Job Evaluation and Compensation Survey to Competition in the market
  • Monitoring and control, salaries and benefits administration
  • Provide advice and recommendations to middle management in policies and practices regarding compensation and benefits
  • Provide and Evaluation System that is fair and consistent with the company's policies

Labour Relations Management

  • Implement Labour relation system
  • Prepare and review company's rules and regulation
  • Provide welfare committee in the establishment and meetings with employee representatives
  • Communication planning between company and employees
  • Resolve disputes within the organization
