Responsibilities :

        Being the first point of contact to user

        Maintain daily performance of customer network service

        Respond to customer within 30 mins

        Record customer request, open case and follow-up for incidents/problem/queries until resolution

        Provide basic troubleshooting with escalation to second-tier engineer(If needed)

        Perform monthly report 

Qualification :

        Bachelor’s degree in computer science ,IT or related field

        Have 1-2 years experience in Helpdesk Operator or Helpdesk role  (welcome New graduates)

        Good command of English

        Have good knowledge of WAN, LAN including Wireless Network, Internet, Firewall, VPN, Anti-Virus, Network infrastructure and PC hardware/software

        Ability to work under pressure with a team work spirit

        Be a fast learner and willing to develop knowledge in new areas

        Have strong service-minded characteristics
