Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and career mentoring for the engineering organization, Develop various applications (E-Commerce)
- Work with Develop team and leads to plan and track the development of all projects through delivery to production.
- Work close with Management Team and stakeholders to build a strong platform business
- Coordinate estimation of operational costs with updated and find new functionality to support internal systems organization.
- Use data and feedback from participants and peers to drive continuous optimization of cross-functional team structures and software development processes.
- Manage testing and automation throughout the engineering organization.
- Collaborate with the product engineering management (Design, Product, QA and Develop) team to improve visibility, processes, and communication mechanisms.
- Full life cycle software development experience and capability.
- Experience in mobile apps and modern data technologies (Kafka), relational database systems (MySQL), and big data.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and data.
- Experience balancing managing direct reports and making contributions to the software
- Experience providing project visibility to senior management.
- Passion for data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement.
- Strong in CI/CD process, software development life cycle, source code management, and application monitoring.
- Experienced in software product strategy role or head of engineering position.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership and Team management and organizational, Fast learner and Can-Do Attitude.
- Experienced in leading a software engineer team of at least 50 people.
- Experienced in deploying web application services.
- Extensive experience with Vue js., Golang, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cloud computing service, Rest API, Microservice, Docker & Kubernetes, and Kafka
- Previous experience in a startup environment or as a co-founder of a technology company considered a bonus.
