Our client is a Global Automotive manufacturer, having their office and production plant in many countries worldwide. Their Thailand production plant is located in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong (ESIE). They are currently looking for high dynamic personnel which holding Excellent English, Good attitude and Strong people management skills to join and be part of their success.
Qalifications:
- Thai nationality, age not over 35
- Bachelor degree in HRM or related field
- 3-5 years experience in overall HRM working scope (Training, Culture, Recruitment, Labor environment and Employee Relations including Administration)
- Strong English communication (Speaking/ listening/ writing)
- Able to travel abroad from time to time
- Able to work in ESIE, Pluakdeang, Rayong
Responsibilities:
Training
- Detection of training need, assure implementation of training program and records individual training
Culture
- Assure the implementation of the Company Model as a way of culture and communication throughout the organization.
Recruitment
- Personel selection and hiring, analyze profile, interview and implementation of employees orientation
Labor environment and Employee Relations
- Welfare management and personel service, administrate relations with labor, the community as well as related institutions.
Administration
- Travlling management, VISA, Flight, and coordinate with all Government. Implementation payroll systems and calculations. BOI and NON BOI
