Our Client is a company specialize in Technology equipment. Our client is looking for Human Resources and Administrative Specialist.
- Manage office’s equipment and fixed assets e.g. water coolers, computers, telephone, fax machine, printer, etc.
- Monitor staff’s attendance record.
- Recruiting new staff as management team require.
- Manage office rental document, accommodation maintenance service and house keeping’s schedule.
- Support Chinese staffs to manage VISA and work permit document. Support them about paying internet bill, water bill and electricity bill.
- Translate documents (Thai to English or Chinese).
- Any other related and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 1 years working experience in administration, human resource management and any other related field. (New graduates are welcome)
- Good in Chinese is preferred.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good communications skill, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, positive attitude, service minded
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
Location: MRT line
Working Hours: 08.30-17.30
