Job Description

Our Client is a company specialize in Technology equipment. Our client is looking for Human Resources and Administrative Specialist.



  • Manage office’s equipment and fixed assets e.g. water coolers, computers, telephone, fax machine, printer, etc.
  • Monitor staff’s attendance record.
  • Recruiting new staff as management team require.
  • Manage office rental document, accommodation maintenance service and house keeping’s schedule.
  • Support Chinese staffs to manage VISA and work permit document. Support them about paying internet bill, water bill and electricity bill.
  • Translate documents (Thai to English or Chinese).
  • Any other related and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • 1 years working experience in administration, human resource management and any other related field. (New graduates are welcome)
  • Good in Chinese is preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good communications skill, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, positive attitude, service minded
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).


Location: MRT line

Working Hours: 08.30-17.30
