- Age between 25 - 35 years
- Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources Management, Political Science, or other related fields
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in Employee Relation or HRD in manufacturing field.
- Good understanding in labor law, employee relation law and other concerned laws / rules and regulations
- Knowledge of Human Resources Development tools and activity management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills both Thai
and English.
- Creative Thinking, good attitude, interpersonal skills , Service-minded and Team working.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy.
1.Develop curriculum and prepare manuals, visual aids, course outlines and other materials used in teaching.
2.Internal training class to company distributors.
3.Manage administrative tasks i.e. Training workshop planning, annual operating plan, budget planning.
4.Participate to another HR projects.
