Our Client is a global partner for specialty lubricants and services in the field of lubricating engineering. They are looking for candidates to join as HR Manager SEA.
Main function:
- Support legal entities in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia in conceptual and operative HR tasks
- Support Local Senior Managers in leadership topics
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business strategy development and implementation – contribute to the strategy implementation of business
- Be proactive in bring about change, act as internal consultant and change agent to ensure cultural and organizational initiatives are understood and accepted by employees
- Play an essential role in optimal structuring of the BU and its sub-functions considering HR guidelines, BU strategy, organizational development and business processes
- Support recruiting activities and coordination with recruiting companies
- Manage, implement and execute the Appraisal Management System and process for the BU within defined timelines to enhance employee experience focusing career development
- Implement New bonus schemes
- Build a structure to derive development needs based on roles and competencies
- Deliver necessary training (seminar, conference, mentoring, coaching etc.) intervention
- Responsibility for behavioral, leadership development trainings in the BU
- Enable job rotation, internal sourcing and succession plan
- Ensure high level of employee engagement and commitment through surveys, meetings, welfare programs, assistance / counselling programs, grievance handling and etc.
- Build inclusive working environment and strong employee retention program by understanding managers and employees needs and challenges
- Keep a tab on issues related to compliance, performance, behavior of the employees and provide support to HRO’s and Managers
- Devise and rollout HR policies and program in close cooperation with BU
- Implement HR tools and measure to improve organization development
- Act as a single point of contact between BU and HR
- Participate in the Departmental Strategy, Team Communication, Town Hall meetings
- Keep and active interface with HOD, Managers and Employees with regular communication
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR or related, Master is a plus
- Excellent communication in English skills
- People management skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Change management skills
- Ability to coach and provide feedback to leaders at all level
- Ability to handle issues at all levels of the organization and escalate as appropriate
- Strong interpersonal, intercultural competences (religious sensitivity) and administrative skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time within the country and overseas
