Our client is a Global famous Electronics Company, now looking for candidate who have experience in HR term to join with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and control compensation and benefit
  • Handle and provide Performance evaluations system
  • Handle Human resource policies and strategies
  • Handle company new employee recruitment
  • Monitor and control Employee's training and skill development
  • Give an advice about policies, training, benefit and other things related to Human Resource
  • Resolve Human Resource related problem in Organization

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, Male or female 40 years old or above
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Have experience in compensation system and evaluation system development
  • Have knowledge about Safety, BOI and Thai regulation is preferred
  • Good command in Japanese and English
