Responsibilities:
- Implement and control compensation and benefit
- Handle and provide Performance evaluations system
- Handle Human resource policies and strategies
- Handle company new employee recruitment
- Monitor and control Employee's training and skill development
- Give an advice about policies, training, benefit and other things related to Human Resource
- Resolve Human Resource related problem in Organization
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Male or female 40 years old or above
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Have experience in compensation system and evaluation system development
- Have knowledge about Safety, BOI and Thai regulation is preferred
- Good command in Japanese and English
