Senior, HR and Admin are responsible for provide hands-on support in all HRM and HRD functions such as recruitment and selection, training, compensation and benefits, payroll, welfare and general administration. The successful candidate will be reporting to the HR Manager with key responsibilities as follows.

Responsibilities:

HR

  • Perform overall HR activities.
  • Manage, oversee and monitor HR operations of Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Welfare functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conducting recruitment and selection process manpower, application screening.
  • Evaluate and follow up training result to comply with employee competencies and company objective.
  • Being responsible for various other assignment to support company business and comply with corporate HR strategy and policies.
  • Support in all other ad-hoc HR project/events when assigned.
  • Provide advisory support to employees regarding to compensation and benefits policies, programs and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR related matters.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

 Admin

  • Perform overall Admin activities.
  • Welcome company customer, guests and visitors.
  • Manage incoming call both locals and international calls.
  • Arrange travelling and accommodations to the Foreigners.
  • Coordinate and arrange the meeting when required.
  • Manage office supplies including maintain stock and keep records.
  • Prepare Visa and other documents to support employee.
  • Oversee and manage in housekeeper, canteen, guard and related in admin functions.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female, age between 26 – 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management or any related fields.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the HR field (HRM, Labor Law), preferably with an Automotive industry and knowledge of IATF16949 would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Compensation and Wage Structure, Employment Law and Human Resource Development.
  • Computer literate of Microsoft Office; Excel, Words, PowerPoint, B-Plus and SAP is preferable.
  • Skilled in Service minded, Communication, Decision making and Problem solving.
  • Fluent in English conversations level both written and spoken.
  • Able coming to work by themselves, *No shuttle bus.

Location: Khao Khansong, Chonburi (Nearby ESB, Rayong)
