Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Overview: responsible for administrative tasks and HR duties.
- Screening, recruiting and interviewing potential candidates.
- Take care Payroll & benefits reimbursement operations processes.
- Maintain and manage of office supplies and equipment.
- Handle administration work for expatriates, eg, visa and work permit application or extension, apartment rental, etc
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
- Managing all of IT activity office equipment (printer, telephone, etc.), software, Hardware installation email, anti-spam and virus protection, set up and support user, permissions and passwords, etc.
- Communicating with IT global at the head office in Japan.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:-
- Age 28-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR function in manufacturing environment.
- Experience and have knowledge about Visa/ Work permit/ BOI and labor law.
- IT Support and B-Plus HRM program knowledge will be advantage.
- Good communicate in English (Writing, reading and spoken).
- Have service mind, Fast learner.
- High responsibility, work hard and ability to work under pressure.
- Have driving license and own car
